Homedics does not have free returns. You pay full price ($99 to return two items). I purchased a massage cushion and chair and was unhappy because it hurt when using it. The customer care department refused to provide a shipping label and requires customers to for shipping back. I tried all shipping methods and cheapest was UPS and it’s costs $99 to return the two items that only cost $250 in the first place. Do not purchase from Homedics.
